Who is this workshop for?

Anyone who is going through stressful times and who is feeling more long term anxious feelings, or anyone who wants some simple strategies that they can practice at home to improve negative, anxious feelings.

This can be offered as a one off 2 hour workshop, or a more in depth 4 week course which can help embed your new strategies.
