Mental Wellbeing Workshops

We offer Mindfulness based group workshops and private sessions, suitable for all employees, focused on understanding and nurturing mental and emotional health. The current workshops we deliver are: Introduction to Mindfulness, Stress Management and Reducing Workplace Anxiety.

One to one Stress and/or Anxiety Management Services

Where at all possible it is preferable to see employees one to one outside of their workplace at my private practice in Nottingham. This allows them to completely come out of work mode and focus on what they want to achieve and how we can get them there in a way that will be successful for them.

Physical Wellbeing Workshops

These workshops and classes promote physical wellbeing in the workplace, promoting the importance of maintaing levels of movement whilst at work and assuming appropriate seated postures.

Back Care – Simple Techniques, Maximum Impact

This workshop is for anyone with chronic back, neck and shoulder issues. It makes use of DIY healing techniques to prevent, treat and cope with back aches and pains from Chinese Medicine practitioners.

Corporate On Site Massage

This workshop is for anyone who has muscular aches and pains related to sporting activity, working posture or long-term injuries. Regular massage is also great for preventing muscular aches

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in harnessing the healing power of their body and learning about their inner pharmacy.

Mindful Eating Workshops

Combining nutritional advice with mindfulness based practices, these workshops provide employees with the tools and knowledge to enjoy a healthy relationship with food in the workplace. These workshops help put an end to desk binge eating and unhealthy lunch choices, allowing employees to feel healthier, happier and more energised at work and at home.
