Cycling is a lot less stressful than driving. You’re less likely to be stuck in traffic, you’re out in the fresh air and will benefit from arriving at work with a clear head, rather than all stressed out from your commute. Compare that to being stuck on public transport sandwiched between a host of other people quite often with added body odours, you can easily see that cycling is good for your state of mind.
